ABOUT US
QSS began in May 1995 as a service contractor to local municipalities. Founded by Terry McCall, the organization primarily focused on the management and operation of dining facilities, campus dining services, corporate catering for large organizations and government agencies, and janitorial services. As time progressed, the company diversified its services to include landscape maintenance and warehousing.
Today, QSS concentrates on three areas of expertise: staffing and payroll services, facilities support, and wholesale purchasing.
CONTRACT VEHICLES
As a certified minority owned contractor, our government clients may use the following contract vehicles to procure our services:
- HUBZone Award – QSS may be awarded service contracts up to $3 million through the HUBZone program.
- GSA Temporary Staffing – QSS currently has schedules in process to receive contracts based on GSA Temporary Staffing designation.
